ポピュラーなLEfSeですが、アウトプットとして用いられるのは*.resファイルとcladogram、barplotです。肝心の.resファイルのカラムの意味が公式のwikiにも書いていなかった。どこかに書いていないかと思ったらGoogle groupのフォーラムに投稿があった。載せておいてほしいが。。(見逃しているだけかしら)

- the second value: the log of the highest class average
